Here I share the latest feedback I received from a client who wanted to work on their ADHD. Very encouraging to continue my work! Thank you.
"Working with Charlotte has been a deeply encouraging and healing experience. I feel very understood by her, not only because she listens to me with genuine attention, but because she understands from within what it means to live with ADHD. She doesn't explain it solely from theoretical knowledge, but from her own experience, with an empathy that cannot be faked.
That makes a huge difference: I don't have to justify myself, I don't have to explain myself. And that creates a space where starting to walk becomes possible, even pleasurable. Charlotte has the ability to encourage each small step, to make it visible even when I don't see it, to celebrate with me those subtle achievements that sometimes go unnoticed.
Thanks to her, I am beginning to better understand how my physiology, my impulses, and my blocks work, and to find practical guidelines to accompany myself with more compassion. Each session is a seed of possibility, planted in fertile soil. For me, having someone who understands ADHD from their own experience is essential.
Thank you, Charlotte, for so much!"
